Because Everyone Loves Photos

Last month yielded hardly any photos of my nights out, but this past Saturday we rectified things by taking a zillion. Here, then, I present a night out in my old neighborhood with my old & new roommates and our friends. Sorry about the formatting.

Since we were at a bar literally across the street from my old place, my former roommate Alex came out. [Note cute guy in background...whom I only noticed just now.]

Ilina's friend Michelle was visiting from Melbourne, where she's been living the past two years (lucky girl). Plus you can see me in the background with Bryan, wearing a skirt I was told was "fetching" by a drunken guy on the street. He then apologized to Alex for complimenting me--because if you happen to be standing next to a guy, you certainly must be dating. "Thanks," Alex replied. "It's actually mine; I'm part Scottish."

We ended the weekend with a Christmas present to ourselves: our first outing with all four roommates together. Here we all are: Jess, Theresa, Ilina and Karen: the girls of the Paulina Penthouse. See you all on New Year's Eve!
