11-Hour Barbeque

If we have a barbeque on a Sunday, my roommate and I thought, everyone will go home at a decent hour to get ready for work. We should've known: after all, we were the hosts of the 10-hr potluck in February. Thankfully, last weekend was warm and bright, and we enjoyed our very first (and perhaps last) barbeque with ~40 of our friends until 2 a.m. Check out the photos by clicking below.

Hell to the yeah: not one, but two grills.

Ooooh, BBQ's are THE best. Sorry that I missed out on this - looks like a great time. Congrats on thwarting the wicked landlord, I seem to remember he/she/it/whatever shut down your BBQ plans last summer...

Yes, we were risking eviction by the very act of having a bbq---but then again, a bbq isn't exactly a 'party,' now is it? No, technically it is not.

We may have another impromptu one this Sunday. If anyone's reading this and lives in Chicago, you are unofficially invited.

And that's the last gasp of parties by Theresa & Alex on Bishop Street. In a few weeks it will be all about the Paulina place!
