She's not mine, but she's so cute I almost wish she were. This is my first meeting with Emma Mae, my best friend Megan's newborn, when she was 3 weeks old.

It's both fortunate and unfortunate they live in Minnesota, since I'd spoil the living daylights out of her. Yes, oh yes, I'm going to be the kind of honorary aunt who swoops in, takes the child out for a sugar-filled afternoon, then drops them back off with the parents. Be warned.
